Only need a few ingredients to make this delicious fall cocktail! First you’re going to want to get the rim of your glass wet with a lime and then dip your glass in a mixture of cinnamon sugar and sea salt. I am loving these adorable skeleton glasses for Halloween! Next you will pour all of your ingredients into your cocktail mixer and then serve cold over ice! Voila, Apple Cider Margaritas!
Hope you enjoy this drink as much as I do! It’s so simple, but so delicious! I’m also linking all of my outfit details for you, this adorable t-shirt with ruffle sleeves is so comfy and affordable.
Next we are making one of my favorite easy recipes thats also healthy! Roasted Garlic Pumpkin Hummus, again only need a few ingredients to make this come together!
First thing lets talk about the garlic, (I do have this on my recipe as well) but you want to make sure your garlic is roasted. I prefer to bake mine on a cookie sheet in the oven, but you can saute’ your garlic if you prefer. Then put all of the ingredients into a food blender, except the rosemary! I like to add the rosemary at the end and mix it in, it’s also tasty without it. While blending add water until you get the desired consistency. Make sure you salt to taste at the very end.
Scoop hummus into your favorite serving dish and serve with pita, crackers, veggies, honestly just about anything! I love to share on a big board like this, could even add this hummus to your next charcuterie board!
Hope you have enjoyed these fall recipes and don’t forget to share that you’ve tried it! Also make sure you check out my other blogger pal’s recipes by visiting their sites below.
